Credit Haven LLC is a San Jose, California company established mainly for the purpose of helping families who fell victims to predatory lending or were struck by adversities that put them behind in managing their mortgage payments and became on the verge of having their homes foreclosed and credit destroyed.
We realize that it is impossible to help all the families in this situation, but helping as many as we can is still a noble cause.
We hold customer dignity and privacy as a top priority. We also understand that customers who already have fallen victims to predatory lending will either have hard time trusting anybody or will be so desperate that they could fall again for yet another predator while thinking "It can't get any worse than I already am", but the reality is that it actually can!
Haidar Ahmad, the founder of Credit Haven LLC is also a real estate investor who had his share of trouble with real estate investments and keeping his finances in order. In the near past, he came very close to loosing his real estate properties. So we know much about having your finances upside down, but we also know that losing your investment property is something and losing the security of your primary residence is something else!
